Description
The Envalve VK22 is available as:
- VK22 Smart: intelligent control with linear control characteristics, adjustable run time, and maximum control over flow rate and mixing ratio. Ideal for applications requiring highly precise control, such as EC control and advanced dosing processes.
Due to independent control and the absence of a mechanical coupling, the VK22 offers maximum flexibility in design and installation. Additionally, the full Kv value of both valves can be utilized. With the 200% control in this application, flow capacity is optimized.
The actuator series is available as standard in 24V AC/DC. With an IP67 protection rating, integrated anti-condensation heating, and ISO 5211 mounting, the actuators are suitable for reliable operation under harsh conditions. The VK22 is available in various valve sizes ranging from 20 to 200 mm.
The butterfly valves are manufactured from high-quality PVC and come standard with an EPDM rubber seal. The seal is optionally available in Viton® FPM, making the Envalve suitable for a wide range of aggressive media and applications.
