Innovative water treatment systems
From irrigation water to process water and everything in between: at Van der Ende Group, we offer innovative solutions to treat water efficiently and sustainably. Our modular systems are suitable for applications such as improving irrigation water quality, cleaning tap water or producing RO water for specific processes.
One of our unique innovations is the Kathari ultrafiltration, designed for the safe reuse of (drain)water by effectively removing viruses, bacteria and fungi. In addition, we offer advanced technologies such as the Nexus HPRO and Nexus RO, perfect for the production of osmosis water, and the Poseidon, which efficiently removes sodium from water. For prefiltration, we supply multimedia filtration and high-quality filters such as REKO sieve bends and paper band filters for separating solid particles.
With each system, we combine innovation with practical experience. Many of our products, such as the Kathari and Nexus HPRO, are fully developed in-house. This allows us to offer customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of each customer.
Ultrafiltration is still relatively new in horticulture, especially in Belgium. We were willing to invest in this filtration technique, but only with the assurance that it effectively removes viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Van der Ende Group provided test results that gave us the confidence we needed.

Water management in horticulture and its challenges
Van der Ende Group has developed a white paper on the challenges and solutions for water management in horticulture. Irrigation water has become a crucial issue, and strategic water management is more important than ever. Various water flows come together in a greenhouse, each influenced by various factors and with their own challenges. An effective strategy for availability, reuse and discharge is therefore essential. In addition to water treatment, we also offer everything needed for a complete wastewater system. From submersible pumps and access hatches to non-return ball valves and float systems, our solutions are designed to address the most complex wastewater challenges.
Want to outsource the installation completely? Our project team is ready to take care of the entire process – from design to maintenance – for you. In doing so, we use high-quality pumps such as the Lowara DOMO, DOMO GRI and 1300 series and the Flygt submersible pumps. We also produce our own acces hatches in various types, from standard to fully customized.
