Description
The Envalve VK21 consists of two butterfly valves with a mechanical coupling and is suitable for the automatic mixing and control of two liquid flows. Due to the modular series, the VK21 is available in two functional levels, tailored to the desired application:
- VK21 Basic: 3-point control for simple mixing applications (e.g., EC control) and standard control. Robust and simple.
- VK21 Digital: Control valve with digital display and feedback signal. Analog control (4-20 mA / 0-10 V) for precise and reliable control.
The actuator series is available as standard in 24V AC/DC and optionally in 230V AC. Due to the IP67 protection, integrated anti-condensation heating, and ISO 5211 mounting, the actuators are suitable for intensive use in demanding environments. The VK21 is available in various valve sizes ranging from 20 to 200 mm.
The butterfly valves are manufactured from high-quality PVC and come standard with an EPDM rubber seal. The seal is optionally available in Viton® FPM, making the Envalve suitable for a wide range of aggressive media and applications.
