Description
The Envalve VK11 consists of a single butterfly valve with a single actuator and is suitable as a shut-off or control valve for individual fluid flows. The Envalve VK11 is available in three functionality levels, tailored to the desired application:
- VK11 Basic: 3-point control for on-off control. Robust and simple.
- VK11 Digital: motor-driven valve with digital display and feedback signal. Analog control (4-20 mA / 0-10 V) for precise and reliable control.
- VK11 Smart: intelligent control with linear control characteristics, adjustable run time, and maximum control over flow and mixing. Suitable for applications requiring highly accurate control.
The actuator series is available as standard in 24V AC/DC. Due to the IP67 protection rating, integrated anti-condensation heating, and ISO5211 mounting, the actuators are suitable for intensive use in demanding environments. The VK11 is available in various valve sizes from 20 to 200 mm.
The butterfly valves are manufactured from high-quality PVC and come standard with an EPDM rubber seal. The seal is optionally available in Viton® FPM, making the Envalve suitable for a wide range of aggressive media and applications.
