Description
The Envalve KK consists of a 2-way or 3-way ball valve with a single actuator. It offers a high flow capacity and allows flow in both directions. The 3-way ball valves are available with an L-port or T-port configuration. The valves have a run time of 10 seconds over a 90-degree rotation. The electric actuator allows the valves to be controlled remotely.
The Envalve KK is available in two functionality levels, tailored to the desired application:
- KK Basic: 3-point control for on-off control. Robust and simple.
- KK Digital: Motor-operated ball valve with a digital display. Analog control and a position-based feedback signal (4-20 mA / 0-10 V) for precise and reliable control.
The product line consists of:
- 2-way ball valve: Suitable for shutting off individual fluid flows
- 3-way ball valve with L-port: Suitable for diverting the fluid flow
- 3-way ball valve with T-port: Suitable for mixing or distributing the fluid flow
The actuator series is available as standard in 24 V AC/DC. A 230 V AC version is also available upon request. Due to the IP67 protection rating, integrated anti-condensation heating, and ISO5211 mounting, the actuators are suitable for intensive use in demanding environments.
The Envalve KK 2-way and 3-way ball valves are available in various solvent-weld sizes from 20 to 63 mm. The ball valves are manufactured from high-quality PVC with a PTFE ball seat and come standard with an EPDM seal, making them resistant to many aggressive media. The seals are optionally available in Viton® FPM, making the Envalve KK suitable for a wide range of aggressive fluids and applications.
