Description
A stable oxygen level in irrigation water is important for a healthy root environment and good water quality. Especially in silos and basins, the oxygen level can drop due to temperature, stagnation, organic load, or biofilm formation. This can cause water quality to deteriorate and create a less favorable environment for the roots.
The O2Solutions Triton enriches the water with oxygen and nanobubbles using patented VPOD nanobubble technology. The system draws water from the silo, passes it through the VPOD reactor, and then returns the oxygen-rich water to the silo. Thanks to the special silo mixing technique, the treated water is evenly distributed throughout the entire water volume.
The Triton is suitable for, among other things, drainage water silos, daily supply silos, rainwater silos, underground silos, and DFT water basins. The built-in control system regulates the VPOD process based on an external start and stop signal, a built-in timer, or optional dissolved oxygen measurement. For larger water systems or applications where a stand-alone installation in the water space is desired, Van der Ende Group also offers the O2Solutions Artemis nanobubble system. This version has been developed for, among other things, irrigation systems, large DFT systems, and bypass circuits of existing water systems.
