Our innovative products
LNS Quick Load Servo 65
The QLS Servo 65 is a fully electric bar feeder for bars ranging from 6 to 65 mm. The system automatically adjusts to the bar diameter and ensures fast, precise positioning thanks to the servo drive. The color TFT screen provides safe and efficient operation. The 620 mm deep loading table can hold up to 9 bars of 65 mm or 62 bars of 10 mm, enabling long-term unmanned production. Standard configuration accommodates bars from 150 to 1600 mm, with a shorter version available for 150 to 1300 mm.
Aquarius
The Aquarius is a compact RO system that is ideally suited for purifying tap water and removing all salts, minerals, and other impurities. This contributes to pure casting water. Because the Aquarius is specially designed for small capacities up to 800 L per hour, it is also ideally suited for vertical farming.
LNS Fox WS series air filtration unit
The LNS Fox WS Series Air Filtration unit is ideal for extracting and filtering mist, dust, oil mist, smoke, and odors from machine tools. It returns purified air to the workshop and contributes to a healthy, clean, and safe working environment. Removes harmful substances, has a 99% filtration efficiency and as optional a HEPA filter
