Description
The QLS 65 offers an advanced solution for automatic feeding of bar material to lathes. With the servo drive providing fast and accurate positioning, the pusher always remains in contact with the bar, resulting in highly controlled positioning against the turret or in the bar feeder. The color TFT control screen facilitates safe and efficient interaction between the bar feeder and the lathe, allowing operators to work easily and intervene quickly if needed.
To facilitate access to the spindle, the undercarriage can be moved in both the X and Z directions. This provides flexibility and ease of maintenance during production. The 620 mm deep loading table of the QLS 65 accommodates as many as 9 pieces of rod of round 65 mm or 62 pieces of round 10 mm, allowing for prolonged unmanned production.
The QLS 65 is designed as standard for bar lengths from 150 to 1,600 mm, but a shorter version is also available to accommodate lengths between 150 and 1,300 mm.
