ISO is the internationally recognized standard in the field of quality management. The certificate is issued by the International Organization for Standardization, which also sets standards for various sectors. The purpose of ISO 9001 certification is to demonstrate that your company meets the needs, requirements, and wishes of customers and other stakeholders and continuously strives for quality improvement.
For Van der Ende Group, ISO 9001 certification is proof that the internal organization complies with international standards and that its products and services are reliable.
In order to continue to meet needs, requirements, and wishes, an audit is conducted within the company every year. During this audit, the quality of various processes is assessed. These include sales, service, and maintenance.
Errors can occur at any level within the organization. It could be an incorrect delivery of a flange or an O-ring that has not been fitted properly. An improvement form is completed for every error, which we discuss during audits and which forms the basis for optimizing the process.
