The system continuously collects and analyzes vibration, temperature, and pressure of one or more pumps, enabling early detection of abnormalities. Problems such as cavitation, bearing damage, and imbalance are detected in time, preventing breakdowns. This continuous monitoring allows maintenance to be scheduled based on actual wear and performance, rather than fixed maintenance intervals. This not only increases the reliability of the pumping system but also ensures a more efficient maintenance process.
Through an intuitive dashboard, the user has insight into the status of the pump anytime, anywhere. Faults are indicated immediately on-site with an LED indicator and are also viewed remotely through Avensor, which is available as a mobile app and web-based tool. This minimizes unexpected downtime and reduces maintenance costs.
