VCA: safe and healthy working conditions
VCA is a safety certificate valid in the Netherlands, based on European guidelines for occupational safety. The VCA certificate forms the basis for healthy and safe working practices within the Van der Ende Group. The abbreviation VCA stands for Safety, Health, and Environment Checklist Contractors. The certificate was created to make employees more aware of the risks that may be present during work. This can prevent a large number of industrial accidents.
The checklist includes a large number of points of attention and working methods related to safety and health.

In order to remain certified, we undergo an annual audit. VCA is a process that we work on throughout the year, both Van der Ende Group as an employer and our employees.
You can’t come up with a solution for every situation in advance. But you can remind technicians that they need to think carefully beforehand. We pay a lot of attention to this during technician training, and the topic comes up regularly in toolbox meetings.
