Van der Ende Group has been a recognized training company in the Netherlands since 2003. At that time, the idea was to give young employees a flying start in the labor market, but now there is another goal: to retain those employees. It is also becoming more difficult for us to recruit people.
Accredited training companies must meet a number of conditions. For example, students must be assured of a good, safe workplace. At that workplace, students must be given sufficient opportunities to develop their skills in the work processes and activities. In addition, students must be able to rely on a practical trainer in the workplace. Van der Ende has a number of these practical trainers in-house. In 2016, we were even recognized as the best training company in South Holland for our efforts in this area.
We are always open to giving young talent a chance. We have three in-house practical trainers who supervise them. These students join us through the Dutch BOL (school-based vocational training) programme or for an internship. We also regularly supervise graduation projects of students from Dutch universities of applied sciences (HBO).
