The RESY compact belt filter is used to filter coolants for machining processes. The filter can be used not only as a standalone system, but also as a complete central filter solution.
The RESY compact belt filter is known for its technique based on hydrostatic pressure. The presence of a specific level of fluid in the filter drum creates a greater pressure difference across the filter fabric than in standard flat-bed belt filter systems. This results in very high filter efficiency and also has the advantage that less filter medium is consumed. Consequently, the operating costs are also lower than for comparable filtration techniques.
