Description
Water flows from the outside to the inside of the meltblown filter cartridge. As the water passes through the filter structure, suspended particles are trapped, while clean water continues through the system. Cartridge filters are used across many different industries including water treatment for irrigation purposes.
This pre-filtration protects membrane systems such as ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis from contamination. This contributes to stable operation of the installation and a longer service life for the membranes.
The filters are available as 40-inch DOE filter cartridges with a filtration rating of 1 micron or 5 microns, depending on the desired filtration.
