Description
The Flygt Concertor 6020 and 6030 are equipped with a permanent magnet motor, built-in control, and sensor technology that automatically adapts to changing system conditions. This reduces the pump’s energy consumption, prevents clogging, and warns of deviations. This self-learning functionality eliminates the need for external frequency converters and minimizes maintenance.
The pumps are available in multiple pressure classes (LT, MT, HT, SH) and come standard with Flygt’s patented self-cleaning N-impeller. Installation is possible in various configurations:
- P (guide rod configuration): semi-permanent installation in wet pit with automatic coupling.
- S (mobile configuration): flexible wet installation with hose or flange connection.
- T (dry vertical configuration): fixed installation in dry basement, vertical configuration.
- Z (dry horizontal configuration): fixed installation in dry basement, horizontal configuration.
The Concertor is exclusively equipped with the N impeller, which is designed to actively remove fibers, cloths, and other solid particles. Thanks to its self-cleaning effect, hydraulic efficiency is maintained even under heavy loads.
