Description
The Aeonpump Raptor 4″ Plug-In combines the performance of a heavy-duty mobile wastewater pump with an exceptionally flexible power system. Unlike a conventional diesel-powered pump set, the pump itself is driven by a 5.5 kW electric motor with an integrated variable-frequency drive.
The electric drive can utilize the modular battery pack, which has a standard net capacity of 10 kWh and can be expanded to a maximum of 50 kWh. Depending on the selected battery capacity, the specified operating time on a single battery charge ranges from 2.5 to a maximum of 12.5 hours. Via the integrated charging system, the mobile pump can be connected to a 400 V 3-phase power supply.
When mains power is not available, the integrated Hatz 1B50E diesel engine can be used as an onboard power source. The diesel engine is equipped with an integrated permanent-magnet generator that generates electrical energy for the integrated battery pack. The diesel engine therefore does not drive the pump directly via a mechanical connection; the actual pump drive remains electric. As a result, the Raptor 4″ Plug-In combines electric operation with the availability and reliability of diesel.
The frame features a central lifting point and integrated forklift sleeves, which simplifies handling on the construction site. The compact design allows for use in locations with limited space.
