Description
The Aeonpump Raptor 4” D Bentonite is a mobile pump system specifically designed for pumping bentonite and slurry-containing media. Thanks to the use of a screw centrifugal impeller, the pump is suitable for fluids with a high solids content, ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions.
The pump is powered by a Stage V diesel engine and is designed for continuous use in infrastructure projects, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), and other applications where bentonite is used. Thanks to its self-priming operation with a dry-running vacuum pump, the system can be started up quickly and continue to operate stably during prolonged use.
The robust design and use of wear-resistant materials make this pump suitable for abrasive media such as bentonite. This contributes to longer maintenance intervals and predictable uptime, even under harsh operating conditions.
The frame is equipped with a central lifting point and integrated forklift pockets, which simplifies handling on the construction site. The compact design allows for use in locations with limited space.
