At Van der Ende Group, we combine craftsmanship, technology and flexibility in our construction, panel building and assembly departments. From our headquarters in Maasdijk, we deliver high-quality custom solutions, from robust constructions and control panels to complete assembly of systems. By having all components in-house, we can adapt quickly and develop systems that meet the highest quality requirements.
What do our departments do?
Construction
We design and assemble stainless steel, aluminum and steel structures, such as frames, tanks, (leak) trays and piping. Our specialists master welding techniques such as TIG and MIG-MAG and work with high-quality materials such as stainless steel 304, 316, super duplex, and marine-grade aluminum. We also have modern machinery such as press brakes, plasma cutters and band saws for sheet metal and precision work.
Panel construction
Our panel assemblers design and build control panels to match customer specifications. Whether it is a single panel or a series of production, we provide solutions for applications such as pump installations, water treatment systems and industrial processes. We also build UL/CSA-ready panels and integrate PLC technology for controls with softstarters or frequency inverters.
Assembly
The department is divided into assembly of small components and large systems. This ranges from assembling pumps, butterfly valves and other small components to building complex systems such as ultrafiltration and osmosis plants (Kathari & Nexus). Each system is carefully tested and optimized to meet the highest standards.
