Self-priming pumps
A self-priming centrifugal pump is a pump that is specially designed to deal with air. This pump is used in situations where the suction pipe is not guaranteed to remain completely filled with fluid. The suction connection is always located above the centre of the pump, so that the impeller is always in the fluid when the pump is filled. We supply pumps from the following brands: Lowara, Alpha, Espa, Tellarini, Jabsco, Flojet, Argal, Nocchi and VDEG. We can also supply a self-priming pump of the Lowara e-SH series.
