Thanks to the overhaul exchange system we have developed, downtime in your business is reduced to an absolute minimum.
Repair & Overhaul
When a pump or other rotating equipment breaks down, it doesn’t always have to be replaced. It often pays to have it overhauled. Would you like to have such a product repaired or overhauled? You can confidently leave this to our experts. We have seen all types and brands, including Grundfos, Lowara, Ebara, Vogel and Wilo, among others, and know exactly what the best options are.
Not only pumps can be taken care of: also valves, motors, fans, variable speed drives, mixers, gear motors and the like.
Preventive maintenance
You can also come to us for preventive maintenance. Together we will create a plan that best suits your situation. Did you know … in the doors of the Maeslandkering 66 pumps are set up?! The pumps serve to pump water away from the barrier during high water and/or a disaster. On commission we overhaul the pumps in our workshop. This goes on all year round.

More than 40 years ago, we started repairing and overhauling all brands of pumps. And still it is an important part of our business. For this, we have a large workshop available with all the necessary equipment, various blast cabins, spray line and a state-of-the-art test installation for pumps up to 1,500 m³/h to test everything thoroughly.

Revision exchange system
Thanks to the overhaul exchange system we have developed, downtime in your business is reduced to an absolute minimum. When you hand in your defective pump (at our Service Desk), you can take the replacement with you immediately. Or you can have the pump exchanged by our skilled mechanics. We almost always have a reconditioned example of the most commonly used products in stock. For example, we have several reconditioned pumps in stock from the following brands: Lowara, Ebara, Johnson, Stork and Goan. Thus, we offer continuity for your business processes.

Methodology
1️⃣ Inspection and diagnosis: our technician examines the pump and assesses which parts are still in good condition and which parts need to be replaced.
2️⃣ Demontage: the pump is carefully disassembled and cleaned.
3️⃣ Replacement of parts: Parts that do not join the tolerances are exchanged and wear parts and seals are replaced.
4️⃣ Assembly: after replacing the parts, the pump is reassembled.
5️⃣ Spraying: the pump is provided with a new coating layer in the desired RAL color for better protection.
6️⃣ Testing: the overhauled pump will be tested (depending on pump type and work performed) for its performance, with any problems solved immediately by the specialist.
