The LNS Quick Load Servo 80 S2 is suitable for bar lengths of 350 - 1605 mm and is completely electric. This bar feed system has a memory of 500 part programs and can switch quickly from one machining process to another. A reliable loading mechanism and a servo motor together automatically adjust the speed and coupling for moving and positioning bars at high speeds. This bar feed system allows continuous machining without the intervention of an operator.
Bar feeder LNS Quick Load Servo 105 replaces LNS Quick Load Servo 80 S2
LNS Quick Load Servo 80 S2 will be retired from the LNS portfolio and will be replaced by the improved version with more options: Quick Load Servo 105. The LNS QLS 105 was first introduced at the EMO 2021 in Milano and can be ordered immediately.
