The DSA emulsion mixer is a unique coolant mixing system, powered by the water supply pressure. The DSA dispenses exactly the same set dose and mix quality under all conditions.
The DSA is used mainly for producing emulsions (coolants), where a concentrate must be added to water and then mixed. The water pressure activates a piston, to which a plunger is attached. This plunger takes up the required dose of the concentrate and injects it into the water. The concentrate is then mixed with the water. The desired concentration is set by means of a robust adjusting sleeve.
