The automatic chip conveying system is ideal for vacuuming and conveying chips from machine tools to a central chip collection point, without needing any operator intervention or using a floor conveyor.
The automatic chip conveying system works on the basis of vacuum conveying of chips. The chips are collected underneath the machine tool’s conveyor and transferred to the chip collection point in dosed quantities using a screw wheel. The chip conveying system saves on labour costs and waste costs.
