In reverse osmosis installations, the membrane forms the core of the desalination process. The TMG(D) series (including models TMG10D, TMG20D-400 and TMG20D-440) uses a strong and durable polymer membrane that ensures stable permeate quality combined with efficient water production at lower operating pressure. This effectively removes dissolved salts and unwanted substances from source, drain, or process water.

The membranes have been developed for brackish water and applications where energy efficiency plays an important role. The lower operating pressure required allows the system to operate more efficiently without compromising water quality.

Thanks to the wide pH tolerance and improved chemical resistance, cleaning procedures can be carried out effectively, contributing to a long operational life.

The TMG(D) series is available in the following models:
\nThe Toray TMG(D) series is a reverse osmosis membrane for removing dissolved salts and unwanted substances from water. Thanks to advanced membrane technology, high permeate quality is achieved at lower operating pressures, enabling energy-efficient water production. The membrane functions as an essential consumable component within RO installations for stable water quality and reliable water reuse.
